Medical massage clients accepted with pre-approval from your insurance company and a prescription from your doctor. Most MVA claims and workman's comp claims accepted.
Cancelation/No-show Policy
24 hours notice is required to change or cancel an appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given or the client does not show up for the appointment, the client will be billed for the total cost of the scheduled appointment.
- No charge for the first late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show in a calendar year. (January 1st till December 31st)
- Clients will be billed for 1/2 of the cost of the appointment for the second late cancellation or no show in a calendar year.
- Clients will be billed for total cost of the appointment for the third late cancellation or now show in a calendar year, and for any late cancellations or no shows thereafter.
This policy also applies to insurance clients
